Objective of the contest
This competition is carried out with the aim of celebrating 40 years of business activity and promoting the sale and the fame of Multichimica Spa products.

Territorial area
The competition will take place throughout the Italian territory at the companies that will purchase Multichimica Spa products.

Recipients
All customers (exclusively RESELLERS category) who will purchase Multichimica Spa products.

Period of contest
The prize event will be valid from 18 March 2019 until 31 May 2019, based on the orders received from Multichimica Spa customers with goods sent to Multichimica Spa dealers in the limited period.

Products subject of the event
Subject of the event are all the Multichimica Spa catalog products available for sale in the indicated period.

How to participate
Starting from March 18, 2019 until May 31, 2019, customers who purchase Multichimica Spa products will be sent the “scratch and win” postcards (max 3 pieces for each order). Each postcard will correspond to a purchase value of goods equal to € 150.00 excluding VAT. Each “scratch and win” card will have a section covered with a silver patina, which will allow you to read a word that will allow you to understand if you will lose or be eligible to participate in the prize draw. The word that will allow you to participate in the prize draw will be identified with the term PASSION, any other term different from that indicated as eligible for participation in the prize draw will prove to be non-winning.

In the case of a postcard where the word PASSION will be found, the customer must:
– keep the postcard until the winning postcards are published on the www.multichimica.it website
– verify that the code assigned to a prize corresponds to the one on the card in your possession
– the extraction and awarding of prizes will take place by 30 June 2019, in the presence of a public official in charge of consumer protection or a notary public
– send by 26 July 2019 (the date of the postmark will be attested) the original postcard showing the winning writing and code, a copy of the valid identity document (front and back) of a legal representative, to the internal sealed envelope with indicated company name and address of the sending company, by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Multichimica Spa, via G. Galilei 39, 35035 Mestrino (PD). Competitors must provide correct and truthful personal and business data; otherwise, any prize awarded will be considered void. In no case will the winnings be validated if the winner does not provide the original of the postcard, even in the event of loss, theft or other – the winnings will be validated only after checking the postcard sent – following verification of the correctness of the documentation sent and at the awarding of prizes, the winners will receive the prize within 180 days from the date of the winning validation
How to award prizes with a “scratch and win” postcard
For this initiative n. 4,500 postcards “scratch & win”, of which n. 4.410 losers and n. 90 potential winners. A special substitutive declaration of a notarial deed will be drawn up for this selection.
Awarding of prizes
The prizes will be delivered, free of charge for the winners, by sending the prize directly, by registered mail with return receipt, c / o the address of the company received when the winning card was delivered.

Prizes not awarded, not validated or not withdrawn
In the event of non-assignment or non-validation of the winnings, the unassigned prize will be donated pursuant to Article 10 paragraph 5 of Presidential Decree n.430 dated 10/26/2001, to: I Bambini delle Fate S.p.A. Prizes specifications up for grabs
– n. 1 travel voucher worth € 3,000.00 i.i. to be used at the Travel Agency TIF SNC, n. 1 travel voucher worth € 1,500.00 i.i. to be used at the Travel Agency TIF SNC, n. 1 voucher worth € 500.00 i.i. to be used at Media World electronics and technology stores (MEDIAMARKET SPA with sole shareholder, via Furlanelli 69, 20843 Verano Brianza, MB). The vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. Travel vouchers are scalable: if the amount of the reservation is less than the value of the voucher, you will have a residual credit that you can use for any subsequent reservations; if the value of the reservation exceeds the amount of the voucher, the integration will be requested from the winner. The voucher to be used at electronics and technology stores is scalable: if the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher, you will have a residual credit that you can use for any subsequent purchases; if the value of the purchase is higher than the amount of the voucher, the integration will be requested to the winner – travel vouchers cannot be converted into cash or gold coins or other goods or services, nor to
be sold or sold to third parties in any way – the vouchers are non-refundable, even in the event of loss or theft.

Publicity
The prize event will be communicated through flyers and announcements in trade magazines. The advertising messages will be consistent with this regulation. The promoting company also reserves the right to communicate the initiative through all the multimedia means it deems appropriate. Additional statements
Multichimica Spa, via G. Galilei 39, 35035 Mestrino (PD) – C.F. and P.I. 04131200281, declares that:
1. it is your intention to waive the right to compensation of the withholding tax referred to in Article 30 of Presidential Decree 600 of 09/29/1973 in favor of the winners
2. a surety was given to protect the participants and in compliance with the current legislation in force on prize events
3. In the event that the prizes cannot be used by the winners, no money will be paid for the prohibition expressed by the art. 51 of R.D.L. 19 October 1938 n. 1933, nor to conversion to gold coins
4. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these regulations

The promoter reserves the right to:
– carry out the necessary checks, possibly canceling any winnings made, according to the unquestionable judgment of the promoter or third parties appointed by them, differently from what is expected or by means, methods and / or instruments judged in a suspect, fraudulent or in violation of the normal course of the initiative and, consequently, excluding from the participation the users who do not respect the foreseen rules, eventually canceling also the winnings already achieved
– proceed, within the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with the laws in force, to limit and inhibit any initiative aimed at circumventing the system devised
– in order to avoid fraudulent and speculative behavior by competitors, the promoter reserves the right to report them to the competent authorities (by way of example but not limited to: Guardia di Finanza, Postal Police, Inland Revenue, etc.) without proceed with the validation of the relative participations and the consequent sending of the prizes in case of winning.

It is specified that:
– the prizes are not replaceable, nor can they be converted into cash, nor are winners entitled to request, with or without adding money, the possibility of receiving a different prize
– for what is expressly not indicated in this regulation, the DPR n. 430/2001
– the prize will be delivered exclusively in Italy or in the Republic of San Marino
– the data collected during participation in the competition will be treated in full compliance with the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016, as implemented and modified from time to time and according to the information published on the competition website
– should the requested documentation be incomplete, illegible and / or counterfeit or contain data that is incomprehensible, incomplete and / or obviously untrue, it will be considered invalid for participation in this event; in this sense, for the purposes of the competition, postcards that are not intact, with erasures, abrasions and alterations or with the writing covered (even partially) with adhesive tape or any other material will not be considered valid for the purposes of the competition. Photocopies of postcards will not be considered valid – it will not be possible to integrate the missing or erroneous documentation for any reason and / or reason with a second post.
