MULTILATEX

Latex additive made from synthetic elastomer resins, designed to improve the strength and adhesion of cement mixtures, reducing setting time and water absorption. Added to the mixtures, the product improves adhesion to all substrates, bending strength, resistance to abrasion and freeze-thaw cycles, as well as increasing chemical resistance. Used as an additive for exterior screeds, high-strength plasters, cement repair mortar, non-shrink mortars and low-thickness smooth coats.
