RUGGIN OIL

Can be used both as a corrosion inhibitor and as an additive for paints. Applied on oxidised iron or alloys, or even directly on rust, it penetrates deeply to stop the oxidative processes; also effective on wood with a protective, revitalising and waterproofing effect. Moreover, its clear appearance ensures that rust is visible even after treatment, giving an antique effect. Added to oil or alkyd paints it improves the smoothness of the brushstroke, extending workability. It does not need to be painted over, and also acts as a primer for galvanised surfaces and as a primer-undercoat for finishes.
